Pandemic Precautions
Proof of vaccination: Proof of vaccination is no longer required to gain access to the indoor reception area of the hotel. However, travelers entering Canada must provide proof of vaccination. Click here for more information.
Covid tests: As of April 1, 2022, a negative covid test result will no longer be required to travel to Canada.
Masks: As of April 15, 2022, masks will no longer be required indoors, however, public health officials recommend continuing to wear one.
What happened?
Well, COVID for one. But pandemic aside, it was always the plan for us to first hold a small wedding ceremony with only our parents in Charlotte, followed by the real party during the summer of 2020… So the first bit actually happened, however a certain public health emergency somehow got thrown in the mix, delaying the big event until further notice. Finally, two years later, that part has come! Though we are officially married (with an absolutely scrumptious toddler in tow to boot!), we would love to see you all this summer to celebrate our wedding at the Auberge des 4 Saisons in Orford, Quebec.

The Main Event!
Below are all the important details regarding the big day.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, l’Espace 4 Saisons, on the 8th of July, 2022.
Dress Code: Casual Cocktail
The Ceremony
Starts at 4 pm in the outdoor covered patio
followed by a champagne toast
The Reception
The evening will continue with dinner
and dancing in the hotel’s reception room.
Accommodations and Transportation
How to get there…
For international arrivals, we suggest using one of the following airports:
Montréal (YUL)
This is the main international airport in Quebec. It is located about 135km/83 miles from the venue, which translates to about an hour and half drive. Car rentals are available from multiple agencies at this airport.
You may choose to fly into a nearby US airport and then drive to the venue. Bear in mind that this will require crossing into Canada by car at one of several Ports of Entry along the border. Car rentals are also available at all of these airports.
Burlington, VT (BTV)
Located just over 160km/100 miles south of the venue; a 2-hour drive approximately.
Plattsburgh, NY (PBG)
This airport calls itself “Montreal’s US Airport” and is about 175km/108 miles, or 2 hours and 20 min, south of the venue.
